Dock levellers which are not in accordance with the law:
For many years, Armo has informed the market place by means of Circulars and other means of Communication about the possible dangers of other manufacturers Dock levellers. Even if the product has the CE mark applied and is used in accordance with the manufacturers’ recommendations, they can still jeopardize the operator’s safety. Our news has been addressed to customers, producers and suppliers of dock levellers.

Because of the lack of reaction of our information by the market, we decided, on the 19th -11-2003 to give the Public Prosecutor’s office at the Court of Turin, a document of Brief-Denouncement. On 7 June 2004 the daily paper “La Stampa” published an article (indicated in our Armo Informa 1918) with the description of the many inspections made by the Proxy, and indicating that the Magistrate has deposited a requirement of an extension of time of another 6 months for further investigations, these are in relation to persons who will remain unidentified, for the moment.
The PDF file Armo Informa 1918 that you can download here, doesn’t deliberately contain technical or legal words, which are difficult to understand, but rather it uses a simple and direct language, in order to allow everybody, experts or not, to understand the dangers and the criminal responsibilities in relation to Dock levellers that are not in accordance with the European law.
